It sometimes referred to as sustainable investing, responsible investing, impact investing, or socially responsible investing (SRI). From an environmental perspective, ESG initiatives focus on reducing carbon emissions, conserving natural resources, and promoting renewable energy sources like solar power. Solar energy projects align closely with ESG principles by significantly reducing carbon footprints, mitigating climate change, and fostering a transition towards cleaner energy sources.

Employee Solar Engagement Program for Corporate Employees

Employee engagement is fundamentally a two-way street. It’s a mutual commitment between the organization and its employees, a mutual sharing of information and interaction. Under the CSR / HR activity, one day workshop can be organized for the employee as an employee engagement program, where they learn about clean energy (solar) technologies, get to test the technical components, and assemble their own solar study lamp. By making their own solar lamp, the employee’s curiosity & hands-on learning of technology are piqued, particularly in solar. This can lay the organization to stimulate the employee toward clean technologies for the future, by making the Employee Solar Ambassadors. The Solar Study Lamp made by the employees is going to be donated to the underprivileged villages to meet the electricity demand.
